Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PS, enhancing project planning, execution, and cost management.
- Design and configure Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, and Activities to support project workflows.
- Integrate SAP PS with FI, CO, MM, and SD for seamless financial and operational tracking.
- Implement cost tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting tools to ensure projects remain on budget.
- Leverage SAP Fiori for real-time project reporting and improved decision-making.
- Provide post-go-live support, training, and continuous system optimization.
- Experience in EDI setup and interfacing with external systems.
Required skills and experience
- 15+ years of SAP experience, specializing in SAP Project Systems (PS).
- Expertise in life sciences or manufacturing environments.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
- Fluent in English (German/French is a plus).
