The Role
As our Physical Security Sales Manager, you'll spearhead sales and business development efforts for our Clients comprehensive range of physical security solutions. This challenging position offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and expand their market presence in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets
- Identify and engage potential clients across diverse sectors
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities
- Design tailored security solutions in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for seamless solution delivery

Qualifications and Experience
- 8+ years of proven sales experience in the physical security industry
- In-depth knowledge of security systems and integrated platforms
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Security Engineering; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
