Amidst the unsteady nature of 2020, our client a billion-dollar US technology company, approached Aspire with a requirement to identify and onboard 15 resources sourced both locally and abroad.

Over four-weeks, from project signature to onboarding, Aspire researched, interviewed and shortlisted candidates, eligible for the specialist roles, before mobilising to the UAE.

The team were mobilised from 10 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Visa processing, accommodation, healthcare, payroll.

Team included globally recognised SME’s in their field; System Engineers, Software Engineers, Testers, Trainers, Training Manager, Configuration Manager, Project Manager.
