We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our client's dynamic team, specialising in Smart Cities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing service, financial, and operational solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

This position requires a deep understanding of various technologies and platforms, as well as the ability to ensure seamless integration among service blocks and components. s part of your role, you will be responsible for developing optimal service, financial, and operational solutions, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability between all service blocks and components.

Responsibilities:

• Align and optimise operation model across various service blocks, business units, third-party suppliers and customers’ existing service management model.
• Ensure alignment and integration between customers and our security policies, compliance, and business continuity requirements.
• Obtain solution design validation directly with the technical architecture team, service delivery organizations and business units.
•  Responsible for, service level agreements; overall solution costing; delivery planning; and offer elaboration inclusive of customer-facing activities such as presentations and negotiations as required.
• Managing stakeholders and being able to translate technical solutions to clear business impacts.
• Ability to drive a team of solution experts during the solution development process.

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of customer-facing experience in the telecom or IT industry.
• Proven track record in driving the solution process of large-scale integration opportunities either at infrastructure or at the Enterprise Application Integration level.
• Degree in business, science (or other relevant area).
• Experience in communicating and reporting to senior management.
• demonstrable commitment to self-development ITIL v3 foundation certification.
• TOGAF certification.
• DevOps foundation.
• Financial background is a plus Optional: CMM/CMMI, PMP or PGMP / Prince2 or MSP (or internal PM certifications), Six Sigma.
