Aspire Technology have partnered with a leading industry client who are looking to expand the technology hub in Copenhagen. With this being a crucial leadership hire we are looking to speak multi lingual candidates with both English & Danish speaking & written skills. The Following responsibilities are required.

• Direct and manage the interface between Engineering and the other disciplines on the project including Process Engineering, Project Controls, Project Management, Procurement and Contracts, Construction, and the client team
• Act as a leader in applying Cost Competitive Execution techniques and develop the most cost- effective total project solution
• Work with Discipline Leads and Engineering Department Managers to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate to achieve the engineering schedule commitments and personnel are assigned with appropriate ability

Basic Job Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree within engineering or another relevant field
• You have approximately 10 years of experience as Engineering/Project Manager and/or Project Lead
• You have advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards, commercial availability and cost of materials
• You have worked with EPCM projects in the Life Science industry
• You are fluent in both Danish and English languages as we work with both local and international clients
• You possess good listening skills and able to put yourself in the shoes of our clients, vendors, and other collaboration partners to understand their needs
• You are a strong communicator which enables you to get your messages across effectively
• Finally, you enjoy working in an international environment with colleagues from around the world
