As the Sales Account Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the sales team and developing strategies to acquire new business. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute sales plans and manage key customer relationships.


As Sales Account Director you will possess exceptional relationship skills, with the ability to develop new business along with managing existing accounts. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
  • Lead and develop successful sales teams ensuring maximum revenue growth
  • Develop a customer-focused business leading to improved client engagement
  • Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, planning and execution skills
  • Empower and enable the team, encouraging accountability and collaboration


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a Sales leadership role within Healthcare Technology
  • Clinical sales expertise within a technology solution-focused environment
  • Healthcare background with a recent focus on technology and solutions
  • Experience in developing relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Capability to develop teams including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent. MBA preferred
