Our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to optimize operational functions and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing operational strategies, overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with the executive team, mentoring a high-performing team, monitoring key performance indicators, evaluating business processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and establishing strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and scalability across all business functions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to finance, human resources, procurement, IT, and facilities management.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to define and execute the company's strategic vision and growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:
