Our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to optimize operational functions and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing operational strategies, overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with the executive team, mentoring a high-performing team, monitoring key performance indicators, evaluating business processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and establishing strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate possesses possesses over 10+ years of operations management experience, demonstrates strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, communication abilities, and a passion for AI technology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and scalability across all business functions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to finance, human resources, procurement, IT, and facilities management.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to define and execute the company's strategic vision and growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
  • Evaluate and optimize business processes, systems, and workflows to enhance productivity and drive cost savings.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects to support business expansion, market penetration, and revenue growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in scaling operations, driving organizational change, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
