Short Term 3-6 months.

This position entails overseeing customisations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resource modules. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing reports (SSRS), interfacing with other applications to meet business requirements, creating/modifying data entities, ensuring timely delivery of customizations/fixes, modelling D365 data structures, and liaising with functional teams for changes/bug fixes. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft D365 certification, 8+ years of relevant experience, ability to work under strict timelines independently, experience in a multicultural environment, technical knowledge in D365 configuration/installation, understanding of SaaS application frameworks, coding best practices, and familiarity with Power Automate flows.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) customisations across modules (Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources)
• Responsible for developing new reports or enhancing existing reports (SSRS)
• Interface with other applications while ensuring that all business requirements are addressed by the business needs.
• Responsible for creating or modifying the data entities.
• Ensuring agreed reporting requirements are met against criteria for priority, quality, timeliness and costs.
• Timely delivery of all customisations or fixes in line with the project schedule, resource plan and quality process.
• Assist in modelling D365 data structures using best practices.
• Liaising with functional team suppliers on the changes or bug fixes for providing impact assessments and pros/cons.
• Ensuring timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation.
• First-level testing for the customisations/interface changes.
• Day-to-day support and bug fixes in D365

Expected Qualifications:

• Microsoft D365 certification preferred.

• 8+years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work under strict timelines and unsupervised.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
