Our multi-national healthcare technology Client who delivers integrated technical solutions to the healthcare industry are searching for an EMR Application Support Specialist responsible for providing troubleshooting and expertise with their RCM / billing solution.

As an Application Support Specialist, you will possess technical knowledge across IT solutions within Healthcare and will know about supporting Revenue Cycle Management / Billing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Support EMR solutions within healthcare and clinical environments
• Provide support during customer application implementations
• Ability to provide incident response to customers
• Conduct customer training on applications and solutions
• Suggest product improvements and best practice solutions
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert across RCM / Billing solutions
• Take part in customer implementations
• Participate in on-call roster when required

Requirements:

• Experience supporting IT applications within a Clinical environment
• Experience across EMR / RCM / Billing solutions
• Experience implementing IT software solutions
• Ability to deliver customer training
• Experience working within a Clinical environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Degree in computer science, or equivalent
