My multi-national healthcare technology Client who deliver integrated technical solutions to the healthcare industry are searching for a talented and motivated EMR Product Specialist to join their dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of their healthcare information system.

In this role, you'll bridge the gap between regional needs and global product development, ensuring our solution meets the specific requirements of our local markets.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with global and local teams to tailor the EMR system for success in specific regions.
• Interpret regional regulations and requirements, turning them into actionable configuration instructions.
• Create, test, document, and roll out these customized configurations.
• Collaborate with the Regional Product Manager to produce high-quality, well-documented deliverables that support implementation projects and benefit clients.
• Analyse user needs and translate them into understandable use cases and functional requirements.
• Advocate for user feedback, gathering, prioritizing, and integrating it into product enhancements.
• Cooperate with developers to achieve project goals.
• Assist in defining project scope and planning future developments.
• Bridge communication between end-users and internal teams, ensuring that system changes align with practical workflows.
• Develop and present product materials, presentations, and demonstrations for various purposes such as knowledge sharing, training, pre-sales efforts, and client requirement gathering.

Experience

• EMR professional with 5+ years of experience in healthcare information management.
• Extensive Revenue Cycle Management experience or billing components of EMR
• Proven experience working within the healthcare IT landscape, ideally with exposure to software implementations
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and their impact on information systems
• Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise use cases, requirements, and functional documentation for healthcare application
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
