- 10+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, education, or legal sectors
- Proven experience in managing and delivering AI and technology projects.
- Previous consulting experience – preferably from a MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) firm (non-negotiable)
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical background in AI or a related field, with a deep understanding of AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, with a focus on business, technology, or a related field.
