About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Integration Project Manager to oversee key software implementation and integration projects within the defence sector. This role requires a strong background in managing software integration projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within a commercial environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading multiple projects, managing risks, and ensuring technical alignment while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple software implementation and integration projects.
  • Work closely with development and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements within the defence sector.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management.
  • Drive improvements in project management methodologies and integration processes.



Requirements

  • Experience: 5–15 years of project management experience, with a focus on software implementation and integration.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in data and software integration, with an understanding of modern integration tools, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Project Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Must be eligible to undergo Security Clearance
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the defence sector is highly preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and leadership skills to manage relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve integration challenges efficiently.
