Role overview
Join our Client’s team as the primary advocate for their key healthcare partners, guiding them through the effective use of their medical imaging platforms. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, facilitating seamless solution integration and driving ongoing engagement with a suite of PACS, RIS, VNA, and AI-enhanced imaging products.
Key duties
- Oversee a roster of major healthcare organizations, identifying new opportunities to expand solution usage and deepen relationships
- Serve as the go-to resource for clients, addressing their technical needs and ensuring they get the most out of the imaging technologies
- Partner with technical and sales teams to analyse customer workflows and recommend tailored imaging solutions that address specific challenges
- Coordinate with implementation and application experts to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
- Adjust and fine-tune system configurations to align with clinical and radiology requirements, enhancing operational efficiency
- Lead training sessions for medical and administrative staff and provide rapid support for any technical concerns
- Work alongside integration specialists to connect our platforms with hospital information systems and imaging devices
- Keep comprehensive records of client communications, system adjustments, and generate regular performance insights
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as IT, Biomedical Engineering, or Radiologic Sciences
- Minimum of three years working with PACS/RIS or similar healthcare IT solutions
- Strong grasp of medical imaging standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE) and experience with healthcare IT infrastructure
- Must be proficient in both English and French
- Outstanding communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Open to travel for client meetings and site visits holding a driving licence
