About the Role

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in driving successful healthcare technology implementations throughout the region. Working closely with diverse teams, you will help design, develop, and support innovative solutions that comply with regulatory requirements and address practical clinical challenges.

This hands-on position covers the entire product lifecycle — from early-stage discovery and system integration design to deployment and ongoing optimization. You will combine software development skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused delivery to make a tangible impact in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, product teams, and sales to understand client needs and tailor technical solutions.
• Participate in workshops with customers and partners to define integration scopes, data migration, reporting, and other technical aspects.
• Provide accurate effort estimates for development and configuration throughout project phases.
• Develop and test integrations, scripts, reports, and configuration utilities using modern programming and scripting languages.
• Work in agile, sprint-based cycles alongside configuration and quality assurance teams to deliver promised functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues pre- and post-launch.
• Support deployment planning and provide on-site assistance during go-live events.
• Facilitate smooth handovers to support teams and assist with escalated technical queries.
• Evaluate and estimate impact of changes introduced after deployment.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for implementation, support, and product colleagues.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving delivery processes.
• Represent the company professionally at client and partner locations regionally.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Strong background in software development, scripting, or technical solution architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and related web technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to decompose complex technical problems.
• Clear and effective communication, capable of engaging varied audiences.
• Experience documenting technical designs and working directly with customers or stakeholders.

Preferred

• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and data exchange standards.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory environments in the Gulf region.
• Multilingual capabilities, especially English plus Arabic or French, are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership in ambiguous scenarios.
