Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in crafting robust plans for system testing, integration, and validation, ensuring all activities are methodically defined and scheduled.
• Oversee and participate in hands-on system demos, field trials, and official acceptance assessments with key partners.
• Drive integration efforts across software layers and platforms, ensuring seamless cooperation between system modules.
• Design and maintain bespoke tools that support integration and testing processes.
• Develop and document detailed protocols for system testing and generate comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues discovered during integration or testing phases.
• Collaborate with DevOps to build and optimise continuous integration and deployment workflows.
• Engage in on-site integration tasks and play a key role in moving software products toward their release milestones.
• Apply agile methodologies and report progress directly to the Integration Lead.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of a decade’s experience in software engineering, including extensive work in system integration and verification.
• At least five years’ expertise specifically in the integration and verification of Aerospace or defence technology.
• Background in automated test environments, with prior use of industry-standard tools such as Git, Jira, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
• Solid grasp of DevOps workflows.
• Adaptable, able to maintain high performance under demanding conditions.
• Proficient communicator in English (both written and verbal) at an advanced level.
• Advocate for continuous improvement via Agile practices.
