This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major defence technology programme, strengthening multi-domain command, control, and communications capability. Key responsibilities


  • Translate operational requirements into robust technical and architectural solutions.
  • Lead integration, validation, and sustainment of tactical communication and data-link systems.
  • Advise on network design, waveform optimisation, and encryption protocols.
  • Coordinate across end-users, OEMs, and integration partners to align capability delivery.
  • Support programme management, risk oversight, and lifecycle assurance.


Job requirements


  • 8–15 years’ experience in C4I, tactical communications, or data-link integration.
  • Hands-on expertise with Link-16, SATCOM, MANET, HF/VHF/UHF or equivalent tactical systems.
  • Strong understanding of system interoperability and allied communication standards.
  • Background in working with or alongside global defence primes or government agencies.
  • Security-cleared (or eligible) background preferred.
