We're looking for a senior technology leader to join our global AI Service Integrator Client and drive the strategic direction of their technology and AI capabilities. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, cutting-edge technology, and commercial growth.

The Opportunity

You'll own the technology vision for a growing consultancy, defining how AI, data platforms, and modern engineering practices create tangible value for enterprise clients. This isn't a back-office role—you'll be front and centre, shaping client engagements, leading presales conversations, and representing the organisation externally as a thought leader.

What You'll Do

Set the Technology & AI Direction

• Define the long-term technology roadmap, architectural standards, and innovation priorities
• Translate advances in generative AI, automation, and agentic systems into practical client solutions
• Establish the frameworks for responsible, scalable AI adoption across the organisation and its clients

Build Foundations for Scale

• Design enterprise-grade platforms, data architectures, and delivery patterns that support growth
• Champion engineering excellence and modern development practices
• Set governance standards that balance speed with security and sustainability

Drive Commercial Success

• Lead strategic presales engagements where technical vision directly shapes deal outcomes
• Craft compelling narratives that connect client challenges to AI-powered solutions and measurable business value
• Work closely with sales leadership to ensure technology strategy enables revenue growth

Represent the Organisation Externally

• Serve as the public face of the company's technology vision
• Deliver keynotes, publish thought leadership, and engage with media
• Build relationships with strategic clients and industry partners

Develop People & Culture

• Mentor and grow technical leaders across the business
• Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and consultative problem-solving

About You

• Proven track record as a CTO, Chief Architect, VP of Engineering, or similar senior technology role
• Background in technology consulting, systems integration, or digital transformation services
• Deep expertise across cloud platforms, data engineering, and applied AI—including hands-on understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and automation
• Commercially sharp, with experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
• Exceptional communicator who can simplify technical complexity for board-level audiences
• Comfortable on stage, in client boardrooms, and in front of cameras
• Collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for building high-performing teams
