Want to shape how complex RF systems are designed and tested before hardware is built? This role gives you the opportunity to lead a digital twin capability for defence technology programmes in the UAE. You’ll set the simulation direction and choose the tools, while staying close to the engineering, test data and practical challenges that make the capability valuable.

Our client is seeking a Digital Twin Manager to turn RF product and test requirements into a simulation environment that engineering teams can use. Working with RF engineers and senior stakeholders, you’ll lead delivery from model development through hardware-in-the-loop validation and adoption, helping teams reduce cost, risk and development time.

Key responsibilities

•    Own the digital twin/simulation roadmap and delivery plan for RF hardware and systems, aligned to product and test priorities

•    Direct the build-out of RF signal-chain, antenna and propagation models and hardware-in-the-loop test rigs into a unified simulation environment

•    Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team — RF/systems engineers, simulation engineers, software developers and test engineers

•    Translate RF product requirements (radar, SATCOM, EW or GNSS, as applicable) into simulation and verification specifications

•    Manage simulation tooling and test-equipment vendors, including selection, contracting and performance

•    Own programme budget, schedule and risk, and report progress to senior client stakeholders

•    Own verification rigor — ensure simulation results correlate reliably against physical test data

•    Ensure data security and compliance standards are met throughout, appropriate to defence-sector programmes

•    Drive adoption: embed the digital twin into RF engineering teams' design and test workflows

What you'll bring

•    8+ years in programme or project management, including 3+ years leading RF/signal simulation, digital twin, or model-based systems engineering (MBSE) delivery

•    Track record delivering complex RF or defence technology programmes involving simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, or system-level test

•    Strong stakeholder management experience with defence or technology clients

•    Working knowledge of RF simulation/test tooling (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink, Keysight SystemVue/PathWave, ANSYS HFSS/CST, dSPACE, NI VeriStand)

•    Solid grounding in RF systems fundamentals across radar, SATCOM, EW or GNSS domains

•    Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams

•    Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to senior client stakeholders

•    Eligible to work in the UAE, or willing to relocate

Nice to have

•    Experience specifically in radar, EW, SATCOM or GNSS product development

•    MBSE tooling experience (e.g. Cameo Systems Modeler, DOORS)

•    PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme management certification

•    Security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one

•    Arabic language skills
