Our client, a billion-dollar US technology company had won a $1xxm USD programme with the UAE Government. Their systems would integrate and digitise many Government assets.

On the initial phase, they had faced issues with sourcing quality resources locally and were in need of a reliable supply of qualified resources. The programme involved a multitude of global vendors, led by our client.

All work had to be carried out on a secure site, with systems installed, integrated and tested into all assets.

Aspire’s solution challenge was to identify, deliver and manage resources from within the UAE and overseas to satisfy the unique skill and security requirements. Unique factors had to be taken into consideration during this programme including the severe conditions people had to work in and the effect of the global pandemic and the safety of all staff.
