This role is a full-time contract, onsite in Abu Dhabi.

What you'll do:

• Manage and secure Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky) environments, including patching and compliance automation.
• Deploy standardized, secure workstation images aligned with corporate security standards.
• Support toolchains like Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet in virtualized ecosystems.
• Administer critical infrastructure services such as VMware, Keycloak, and Active Directory integration.
• Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Monitor systems using Elastic Stack, Nagios, SolarWinds, and take proactive incident response actions.
• Collaborate closely with network and software engineering teams to ensure system alignment.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum setup using tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or a Graduate degree with 2+ years’ experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration.
• Deep knowledge of Windows/Linux troubleshooting, virtualization, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
