About the role

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through partner-led sales.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential partners aligned with our vision.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure partner success.
  • Monitor market trends and seize emerging opportunities in AI and cloud computing.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales strategy: Create and deliver effective partner sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
  • Partnership growth: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners.
  • Revenue generation: Drive partner-led opportunities, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Pipeline management: Ensure a healthy sales pipeline and progress across deal stages.
  • Market insights: Stay ahead of AI and cloud trends to identify new opportunities.


About you

  • Experience: 5+ years in partner sales within cloud services, high-performance computing, or AI, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Sales expertise: Skilled in creating and managing successful partner strategies, negotiations, and agreements.
  • Relationship builder: Proven ability to foster and sustain senior-level partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset: Proficient in CRM tools, data analysis, and decision-making; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML solutions, GPU-based computing, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Adaptability: Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.


Additional details

  • Global travel (10–15%) required.
  • Remote-first, transitioning to a hybrid setup in London in 2025.
