Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate lasting relationships with decision-makers in private healthcare organisations, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor for innovative tech solutions
- Leverage UAE-specific HIS/EMR sales experience to uncover upsell, cross-sell and expansion chances, guiding deals from lead to close
- Spot and pursue expansion chances, handling the entire sales process from opportunity identification to deal closure, while crafting strategic account plans for sustained success
- Champion customer success by tracking solution adoption, coordinating with internal experts and leading reviews to maximise value and satisfaction
- Drive client adoption and satisfaction by monitoring usage, aligning with technical/delivery teams and facilitating strategy reviews
- Track sales pipelines, forecast revenues accurately, and support planning for ongoing business momentum
Essential Qualifications
- At least 5 years in sales, account management, or client-facing roles, ideally within healthcare IT or sophisticated software environments
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, paired with sharp organisational abilities and a passion for digital health advancements
- Comfortable with regional travel and proven track record in expanding existing accounts
