Help turn complex defense technology into second nature for the people who operate it. In this role, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training for battle management systems and related products — ensuring military operators and engineers have the skills and confidence to perform when it matters most.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design, scheduling, and delivery of training programs for military and technical teams.
• Deliver hands-on, classroom, and field training that builds real-world operational capability.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and user guides tailored to operators and engineers.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to build in-house expertise and consistency.
• Collaborate with program managers, system engineers, and clients to align training with deployment milestones.
• Track trainee progress, assess competence, and refine content for maximum impact.
• Ensure all training meets military standards and contractual requirements.

What you bring

• Proven defense training experience, including engineering functions.
• Strong instructional skills with credibility among both engineers and operators.
• Ability to work in secure environments — clearance (or eligibility) required.
