Business Development Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for a Healthcare Technology Client delivering integrated AI solutions into the Clinical sector. We are looking for someone with a consultative approach to business capable of driving revenue expansion in the innovative healthcare technology sector across the Middle East. This high-impact role demands a proactive sales leader with corporate discipline, ready to adapt to new products drive new business and expand on existing Clients.​


Core Responsibilities

  • Lead full sales cycles from opportunity hunting to deal closure, focusing on SaaS and enterprise solutions for healthcare organisations
  • Manage CRM systems with precise data entry, rigorous follow-up and weekly pipeline updates to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate wins
  • Develop compelling technical proposals and bids in Arabic and English, highlighting ROI, efficiency gains and tailored value propositions for MENA clients


What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 5-8 years in sales, business development, or bid management, ideally from consulting or equivalent corporate environments
  • Proven healthcare technology expertise, including revenue cycle processes, coding standards and HIS/EMR systems.
  • Proactive customer engagement, not passive relationship-building, with the drive to progress and deliver new opportunities
  • Technical comfort discussing AI integrations, data workflows and APIs with clinical and IT leaders
  • Strong CRM proficiency and advanced proposal writing using tools like Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English (native-level fluency essential for cultural alignment with Middle East stakeholders)
  • Education in Healthcare Management, Business, Computer Science, or related; MBA or Health Informatics Master's preferred
  • Certifications like PMP, CPC, or sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) are advantageous
