Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex infrastructure and cloud transformation programs. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership across multi-vendor environments. You will oversee end-to-end program execution, with a focus on private cloud implementations, platform modernization, and enterprise infrastructure transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex cloud and infrastructure programs across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of private cloud implementations and migrations, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Coordinate across technology partners including Red Hat (OpenShift), Cisco, Dell, Pure Storage, and other ecosystem vendors.
• Drive program governance, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure integration across infrastructure domains such as compute, storage, networking, and container platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and enforce delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices across the program.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Manage third-party vendors and system integrators, ensuring contractual deliverables and SLAs are met.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience managing large-scale cloud or infrastructure programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in private cloud deployments, migrations, or data center transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on or working knowledge of technologies such as Red Hat OpenShift, Cisco infrastructure, Dell systems, and Pure Storage.
• Demonstrated experience working in multi-vendor and SI-led delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, containerization, and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C-level and senior leadership.
• Solid program management expertise, including governance, financial oversight, and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as healthcare, government, or financial services.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, cloud certifications).
• Experience working in the Middle East region or similar markets.
