Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Private Cloud

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and lead the end-to-end architecture of a Sovereign Private Cloud environment. This role will be responsible for building a holistic architectural vision across infrastructure, platforms, and services, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and national data sovereignty requirements.

You will play a key role in shaping architecture strategy, producing high-quality documentation, and guiding multi-vendor delivery across a complex enterprise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end enterprise architecture for a Sovereign Private Cloud environment.
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including high-level designs, reference architectures, roadmaps, and standards.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
• Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to ensure cohesive solution design.
• Provide architectural oversight across core platforms including Red Hat OpenShift, Cisco networking, Dell infrastructure, and Pure Storage solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate multi-vendor technologies into a unified and interoperable architecture.
• Support program delivery teams by providing architectural guidance and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Ensure alignment with sovereign cloud requirements, including data residency, security controls, and compliance frameworks.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Lead Architect within large-scale infrastructure or cloud transformation programs.
• Strong background in private cloud architecture, including design and implementation of enterprise-grade environments.
• Deep understanding of Red Hat OpenShift and container platforms within hybrid or private cloud ecosystems.
• Solid experience with infrastructure technologies including Cisco (networking), Dell (compute), and Pure Storage.
• Experience working within structured enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and comprehensive architecture artifacts.
• Experience operating in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leadership and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF certification (or equivalent enterprise architecture certification).
• Experience with sovereign cloud or highly regulated environments (e.g., government, healthcare, financial services).
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks relevant to data sovereignty.
• Cloud certifications or exposure to hybrid cloud models.
