We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst, on a 6 month contract, to support the delivery of a large-scale Cloud Infrastructure and Private Cloud transformation program.
This role will work closely with the Program Manager and delivery teams to ensure strong governance, reporting, financial tracking, and coordination across multiple vendors and workstreams. This is a critical role in maintaining program structure, transparency, and control within a complex, multi-vendor environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Cloud Infrastructure Program Manager in day-to-day program governance and coordination.
- Track and report on program progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain and manage program documentation, including RAID logs, status reports, and governance packs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., Red Hat, Cisco, Dell, Pure Storage) to ensure timely updates and alignment.
- Assist in program planning, scheduling, and resource tracking.
- Support financial tracking, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and vendor invoicing.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to program management standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Facilitate governance meetings, including steering committees and working groups.
Required experience and skills
- Experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role within large-scale IT or infrastructure programs.
- Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, or data center transformation projects.
- Experience working in multi-vendor or system integrator-led environments.
- Strong knowledge of PMO best practices, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or similar).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting cloud or private cloud programs (e.g., OpenShift, hybrid cloud environments).
- Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure technologies (Cisco, Dell, storage platforms).
- PMO, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
- Experience in the Middle East or within regulated industries.
