With continued growth, they’re looking for a Network Engineer to help design and deliver the next generation of networking across distributed environments.

The opportunity

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll work at the intersection of data centre networking and cloud-native platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with platform, systems, and DevOps teams to design and support highly scalable, high-performance networks—playing a key role in how modern infrastructure is built and operated.

Your role

• Design and develop scalable network architectures across data centre and cloud-native environments
• Produce detailed designs (LLDs), topology diagrams, and implementation plans
• Review vendor solutions and ensure alignment with performance, scalability, and reliability goals
• Contribute to automation, standardisation, and repeatable deployment practices
• Support high-performance networking requirements, including low-latency and high-throughput systems
• Work closely with platform and infrastructure teams to integrate networking with compute and storage
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed networking into modern platform design
• Test and validate new designs, hardware, and configurations before production rollout
• Troubleshoot complex networking challenges and support escalations when needed
• Help shape documentation, best practices, and operational standards

What we’re looking for

• 4–7 years’ experience in network engineering within data centre, cloud, or distributed environments
• Strong foundation in L2/L3 networking and modern data centre design
• Experience producing high-quality technical documentation and designs
• Confidence reviewing vendor proposals and technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes networking (CNI, ingress/egress, network policies)
• Exposure to performance-focused environments (low latency / high throughput)
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Python
• Understanding of monitoring, observability, and performance optimisation
• A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced or specialised networking technologies
• Exposure to compute-intensive or large-scale environments
• Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud setups
• Industry certifications (e.g. CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent)
