A leading technology Service Integrator is seeking a Sales Director to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across the UAE and GCC. This role is focused on selling integrated solutions that are delivered into customer environments, spanning managed services, cloud, data, AI and broader digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in solution-led sales within a service integrator, systems integrator, or technology services environment, with the ability to translate customer challenges into commercially viable, delivery-led outcomes. This is an industry-agnostic role, suited to someone comfortable working across multiple sectors and engaging senior stakeholders at executive level.
What you will do
- Own and develop strategic account plans across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Drive revenue growth through solution-led selling and long-term client partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and technology decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities where services, managed support, and integrated solutions can improve customer outcomes.
- Work closely with delivery, technical, and partner teams to shape proposals and solution design.
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through negotiation and close.
- Develop commercial models that reflect both professional services and managed services delivery.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting across key accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients align technology investment with business goals.
- Translate complex technical and service capabilities into clear commercial value.
- Support the design of solutions that are intended to be deployed directly into customer environments.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure solutions are deliverable, scalable, and commercially sound.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a senior account management or strategic sales role within a service integrator, systems integrator, or technology services business.
- Strong track record of selling solutions that are delivered into customer environments.
- Experience across managed services, outsourcing, professional services, or similar service-led models.
- Ability to work across multiple industries in an industry-agnostic way.
- Strong enterprise account management experience in the UAE or GCC.
- Confident handling complex sales cycles, commercial negotiations, and executive stakeholder relationships.
- Good understanding of solution architecture, delivery considerations, and service-led operating models.
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to build value-based propositions and long-term client strategies.
- Comfortable working with technical teams, delivery leads, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience shaping deals that combine consulting, implementation, and managed services.
