The client, a multinational technology vendor dedicated to improving the quality, efficiency and security in government services, travel, border control and smart facilities. After successful recruitment drives across the GCC, the client and Aspire partnered once again and set out on a three-week professional services recruitment campaign to deliver twenty professional consultants for the new office and development hub.
Candidates were sourced locally, the hiring strategy included the use of our database, network and targeted media campaigns. Once applicants were received, Aspire ran thorough background checks, taking into consideration their backgrounds, technology experience, personal circumstance and expectations. All findings were submitted, shortlisted, and shared for review and feedback. The next step in the campaign saw the candidates invited for technical testing, managed by Aspire, and for those that passed, face-to-face interviews with the client.
At the end of the assessment center, offers were made, with Aspire present on the ground for direct assistance and continuing to communicate with each candidate, providing support and guidance through the offer and transition process.
