The Role 

As a Consulting Director, you will spearhead high-impact initiatives within multidisciplinary teams, working collaboratively through complex consulting engagements. This role involves leading client engagements, delivering high-quality solutions alongside senior stakeholders and supporting pre- and post-deal implementations. You will focus on financial impact, client satisfaction and team leadership while ensuring all outcomes are commercially focused and value-driven.

• Identify, pursue and convert business development opportunities into successful engagements.

Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting and Sales 
• Exceptional financial acumen with expertise in driving revenue growth and managing margins. 
• Good understanding of Data & AI industry trends and technologies. 
• A strong personal brand and presence in the industry with demonstrated ability to innovate. 
• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
