What you’ll do

• Lead software design, architecture, and integration for defense platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and end-users to capture requirements and translate them into robust architectures and interface definitions.
• Model system behaviour using SysML and UML to ensure clarity and interoperability.
• Develop and execute test plans to guarantee seamless integration with hardware and networks.
• Proactively identify and mitigate software risks across the project lifecycle.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• 8+ years in defense systems engineering with deep expertise in software and architecture.
• Proven track record in client engagement, requirements capture, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Security clearance (or eligibility) and experience in high-stakes, high-impact projects.
