We’re looking for a highly skilled Customer Technology Consultant to join our forward-thinking Go-To-Market customer — someone who can bridge the gap between innovation and tangible results for their clients.

About the role

In this influential client-facing role, you’ll partner with senior decision-makers to design and deliver solutions that maximise the potential of Data & AI. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to identify opportunities, craft compelling strategies and lead the creation of demonstrable proofs of value.

Your work will go beyond simple advisory — you’ll be a trusted strategist, delivering live demos, impactful presentations and visionary proposals that clearly show how our innovations can solve complex business challenges. You’ll collaborate with consulting, architecture and delivery teams to shape winning propositions that span sales, pre-sales and solution delivery.

From translating advanced AI concepts into robust infrastructure designs, to guiding enterprises through the integration of Generative AI into their workflows, you’ll be the kind of partner their clients rely on to bring ideas to life.

What you’ll be doing

• Work closely with clients to understand both technical and business priorities, identifying opportunities for high-value Data & AI solutions
• Translate complex technological possibilities into clear, actionable strategies
• Develop and deliver interactive demos, proofs of concept, and prototypes that inspire confidence and decision-making
• Coordinate the technical pre-sales process, ensuring solutions are designed to meet quality, compliance and best-practice standards
• Collaborate with alliance and technology partners to co-create complete, end-to-end solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert in Data & AI infrastructure, cloud platforms and emerging AI capabilities

What we’re looking for

• Proven expertise in Data & AI solution design, architecture and integration
• Strong consultative selling background, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to convert Generative AI use cases into practical infrastructure requirements
• Relevant certifications in Data & AI (with bonus points for expertise across major cloud environments)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex tech into value-driven narratives
• Fluency in Dutch is essential for this Netherlands-based role

Preferred

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM or business-related field
• 10+ years of experience delivering technology-driven services for enterprise clients across multiple industries
