Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing suitable candidates within IT roles to place contractors or permanent employees in available positions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) with existing clients are consistently met or exceeded.
• Consistently update and manage information within the CRM system.

·      Meet and exceed performance targets set and agreed upon with your manager.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 year’s experience in sourcing IT candidates
• Create and run successful client campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics, business opportunities, competitors, and industry challenges.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and a strong network on LinkedIn to assist in find relevant candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive engagement.
