A global healthcare technology vendor who designs and develops proprietary Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solutions for hospitals and health networks worldwide. They deliver integrated platforms that combine clinical workflows, data management, interoperability and analytics capabilities. Their portfolio spans modules such as CPOE, medication management, clinical documentation and teleconsultation, all tailored to meet the evolving needs of their diverse healthcare customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for HIS/EMR platforms, from discovery through to go-live
  • Partner with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to define requirements and solution design
  • Configure and customise system modules to align with local workflows and regulatory needs
  • Own testing activities including test planning, execution, defect management and validation
  • Create training materials and deliver sessions for clinicians, nurses and administrative users
  • Provide hypercare and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption
  • Transition into a Level 2 support function, managing incidents, change requests and continuous improvement
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and coordinate with L3 teams for resolution
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for configurations, issues and project status

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics or a related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in healthcare IT with strong exposure to HIS/EMR implementations
  • Hands-on experience with HIS/EMR modules such as CPOE, medication management, clinical documentation or teleconsultation
  • Working knowledge of HL7 or other healthcare interoperability standards
  • Experience in functional or application testing including test case design, execution and defect tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on service quality
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Greek language proficiency (mandatory)
