About the Role

A dynamic organization in the UAE is seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in AI/ML and Python programming. This role offers the opportunity to leverage advanced data science and machine learning techniques to extract insights from complex datasets, develop predictive models, and drive the next generation of intelligent solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to deliver impactful data-driven innovations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions using Python
• Perform data mining, preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured datasets
• Build, optimize, and deploy classifiers and predictive models for real-time intelligence applications
• Integrate ML models into production systems and support MLOps best practices
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Enhance data collection and validation procedures to improve analytic system performance
• Conduct statistical analysis and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine model performance, ensuring scalability and accuracy
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python
• Proficiency with Python data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection)
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Familiarity with database query languages (SQL) and NoSQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative team environment

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to real-time data processing or radio frequency analytics is a plus
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, or experience with deploying models at scale
