The Solution Architect will possess extensive experience focused on Microsoft ecosystems, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks. This role offers the chance to architect and deliver innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that drive business success and meet technical goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Design comprehensive, end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications, cloud infrastructures, and system integrations
• Utilize Microsoft technologies including Azure cloud services, .NET frameworks, and productivity platforms to build robust, scalable, and secure systems
• Lead cloud adoption initiatives by crafting and executing strategies for cloud migration, application modernization, and resource optimization, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards
• Develop sophisticated integration solutions leveraging Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus
• Architect and manage APIs to enable seamless system interoperability and efficient data flow
• Offer technical leadership by mentoring development teams and driving adherence to architecture guidelines and best practices
• Partner with diverse stakeholders—from business leaders to technical teams—to translate requirements into actionable technology solutions while effectively communicating complex concepts
• Continuously analyze system performance, identifying improvement opportunities to enhance reliability and scalability
• Document architectural designs meticulously, establishing and promoting enterprise-wide standards and patterns

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including DevOps pipelines, serverless computing, and container orchestration (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Deep knowledge in building hybrid or multi-cloud architectures
• Proven expertise in integration technologies, APIs, and middleware platforms
• Around 10 years in solution architecture or software engineering roles, with a strong portfolio of complex enterprise solution delivery
• Proven success in cloud migration projects, application modernisation efforts, and complex system integrations
• Sharp analytical and strategic thinking abilities coupled with strong communication skills to work effectively across various teams and stakeholders
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and/or Azure Developer Associate credentials
• Enterprise architecture certification such as TOGAF
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
